Madison Children’s Museum

Being a parent in Madison, Wisconsin is pretty fortunate.  There are some really great places to take our son, where even parents can have a good time.  The Henry Vilas Zoo (which is one of the best free zoos in North America), The Madison Mallards (One of the coolest and most profitable minor league baseball teams in the US) and the award-winning Madison Children’s Museum.  The latter has become a year-round favorite!

With a rooftop garden (complete with a chicken coop, pigeon coop, farming exhibits, and much more), activity and art programs, tree houses, human-size “hands-on” exhibits and more, it’s one of the coolest places in town.  They even host the occasional evening programs just for grown-ups, complete with rooftop concerts!

I wish I had a multi-story orb-fortress and escape slide when I was a kid!

Considering how much I love the place, when I was recently contacted to voice a new promotional/fundraising video for the Madison Children’s Museum, I jumped at the chance!

My voice comes in at the :55 mark – but if you live in the Madison area and want to see the entire video, please enjoy.  You can become a member, donate, and find out more about the Madison Children’s Museum here.

And if you’re looking for a voice to represent your business, organization or non-profit, I would love to hear from you.
